New this morning a teenager is dead and three others are hurt after a car crashed into a pond. It happened on the south side near shelby village. Stop. Eleven roads people who saw the crash told the indianapolis fire department the car had been speeding then left the road, hit a tree and then went into the pond when we learned more about this we'll be sure and pass it along
